OUR SERVICES EXPLAINED

General building of residential homes, industrial building from designing, planning to execution on the ground. We work until ideas translate into physical structure. May it be renovation, refurbishments or building extensions, Musgo constructs.

Civil Engineering Work, we designing and execute structural works that serve the general public, such as dams, bridges, aqueducts, canals, highways, power plants, sewerage systems, and other infrastructure.

Building Maintenance includes cleaning services, common waste removals, repairing building consumables. It can building inspection, repairing, and maintaining electrical and plumbing systems, heating and air conditioning systems, and other utilities.

Partitioned offices, hospitals and mobile containers for Gauteng education, gaiting department of health in numerous projects that can be confirmed and affirm good referral rating due to our professionalism and workmanship. Director Mr. Ellon Simanga hold diploma in construction and project managements and have proven track record in great service delivery through honesty, integrity, hard work and quality finish product. We employ quality workers, train and mentally incorporate our workers to the vision of the company which is excellence to anything we come across.

OUR COMPANY POLICY ON HEALTH AND SAFETY

The management of Musgo is committed to providing employees with a safe and healthful workplace. It is the policy of Musgo that the employees report unsafe conditions and do not perform work tasks if the work is considered unsafe. Musgo give top priority to and provide the financial resources for the correction of unsafe conditions. Employees must report all accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to their supervisors. No such report will result in retaliation, penalty or other disincentive.

Management of Health and Safety on sites will be in accordance with the following Health and Safety standards:

Occupational Health and Safety Act, Act 85/1993 and Regulations

Construction Regulations GNR.84 OF & FEBRUARY 2014

SANS codes referred to by the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Act 85/1993

Contract/Project documents

Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Act 75/1997

Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act 103/1993 and Regulations

The requirements as laid down in the project Health & Safety specification, as issued by the Client/designated Agent of the Client

Employee’s recommendations to improve health and safety conditions will be given through consideration by our management team. Management will give top priority to and provide the financial resources for the correction or unsafe conditions. Similarly, management will take disciplinary action against an employee who willfully or repeatedly violates workplace safety rules. This action may include verbal or written reprimands and may ultimately result in termination of employment. Senior management will actively be involved with employees in establishing and maintaining an effective safety program. Our safety program coordinator, I or other members of our management team will participate with you and our department’s employee representative in ongoing safety and health program activities, which include:

Promoting or/and appoint safety committee participation if applicable;

Providing safety and health education and training; and

Reviewing and updating workplace safety rules.

This policy statement serves to express management’s commitment to and involvement in providing our employees a safe and healthful workplace.
